Hamad Al Nahdi is a Logistics Operation Director at Abu Dhabi Ports Group – Logistics Cluster, with more than 25 years of experience in Maritime, ports & logistics industries. His role oversee a logistics operations function including supply chain, Transportation, Fleet Management & Custom clearance with NOATUM Middle East as a part of Abu Dhabi Ports Group.

Hamad also spent 10+ years with Human resources department, most recently as director of Talent & leadership Development where he led and designed many of comprehensive development programs, which gave him full knowledge, and understanding of the concept of the competency framework to understand the skills requirement within the group.
